Coach Matt Colligan is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 4 Nutrition Coach, Boot Camp Instructor and owner of MCT Fitness. Having served with the Royal Marines Commandos he has gained a vast amount of knowledge and expertise in coaching people to reach their full physical potential.
MCT Fitness is a Wirral based fitness company that is dedicated to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle, through fitness classes, personal training and nutrition coaching. As sessions are only run by Matt, he gets to know and value his clients’ strengths and weaknesses, therefore, is able to offer a high level of accountability and personal experience to reach your personal goals.
