Matt’s coaching style provides a high level of empathy and accountability to every individual and meets them where they are currently at. In person 1 to 1 personal training is carried out at the MCT Fitness Private Studio as Matt understands that not everyone feels comfortable in a gym environment. Nutrition Coaching
As a qualified level 4 nutrition coach, Matt can coach you on how to improve your nutrition over time. If you have fat loss goals, body composition goals or just want to improve your health, then improving your nutrition and building better habits is a key ingredient for you to be successful. “I have known Matt for several years now through attending his troop trail groups, and at Christmas, I started an 8-week PT course. I decided after having two children with a tiny age gap that I owed it to myself and my body to properly get back into shape and get back to feeling like me again. Matt started the whole program with a nutrition session, where we looked at my relationship with food and exercise and mapped out my short-term, medium-term and long-term goals, focusing primarily on how I wanted to feel. Matt made great suggestions about how to track my progress. He suggested setting aside some realistic and suitable non-negotiables for my lifestyle but also challenging enough to bring about the changes I wanted to see. Along with all of this, he set my calorie deficit and protein totals, allowing me to stay on track.
