Coach Matt Colligan is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 4 Nutrition Coach, Boot Camp Instructor and owner of MCT Fitness. Having served with the Royal Marines Commandos, he has gained a vast amount of knowledge and expertise in coaching people to reach their full physical potential.
MCT Fitness is a Wirral-based fitness company dedicated to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle through fitness classes, personal training, and nutrition coaching. As sessions are only run by Matt, he gets to know and value his client’s strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, he is able to offer a high level of accountability and personal experience for you to reach your personal goals.
Members of the MCT Fitness community or ‘Troop’ as they are known, are extremely friendly, supportive and all have a similar goal of wanting each other to develop both physically and mentally on their journey.
Training with MCT Fitness is a great way to meet new people, and the sense of camaraderie will encourage you to keep going, even when your body may be protesting.

The group are friendly, and the run itself gives a little bit of variance from normal road running with a bit of body weight exercises thrown in the mix during the run.
