Matt’s coaching style provides a high level of empathy and accountability to every individual and meets them where they are currently. In-person, one-to-one personal training is carried out at the MCT Fitness Private Studio as Matt understands that not everyone feels comfortable in a gym environment.

How Personal Training Works

We start your journey with an in-person consultation that lasts about one hour. Matt will instantly make you feel welcome and comfortable. During the consultation, your needs and wants will be listened to carefully, and working as a team, your goals and necessary processes will be set to get you started.

After the consultation is completed, Matt will provide you with feedback/actions along with your goals via email. 

During each session, you will follow your own tailor-made programme to help you achieve your specific outcomes. No matter where you are in your journey, Matt will always ensure you leave the session with a sense of achievement. Sessions last up to one hour and are structured and well planned out. Through Matt’s vast experience and competence, your programme can be adapted if need be on the day. 

Nutrition Coaching in Wirral

Eating well and developing healthy habits and behaviours are extremely important for your overall health. If you have fat loss, body composition, or performance goals, then this is just as important as your training programme. “You can’t out-train a poor diet.” Matt never judges his clients and is there to provide empathy and accountability to help you improve over time. As a fully qualified evidence-based level 4 Nutritionist, you can be ensured you are getting ethical, safe, and sound advice to help you achieve your goals.

How does nutrition coaching work?

Nutrition coaching can be part of your overall personal training package. Matt would get your permission to complete a food diary on an average week of eating. Working as a team, Matt can then guide you to focus on a couple of things of your choosing that may need improving. This would be initially talked about in depth during the consultation process. A weekly check-in process is provided online for feedback, what actions to take, struggles you may have, and advice on what to do moving forward.

What’s included in your package

  • 1 x consultation, which lasts for 1 hour in person or online if you prefer.
  • 8 x 1-hour in-person personal training sessions following a progressive bespoke programme.
  • A bespoke online training programme to complement your training goals (if needed).
  • 1 x check-in per week online for nutrition coaching, habit formation, behaviour change and accountability.
  • An updated monthly recipe pack with lots of healthy meal ideas to choose from.

Cost: £300 upfront, followed by £130 for every four sessions after the initial eight if you continue the service.
