Our new Stronger Every Stride (SES) classes have now started and are running on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. SES offers coached running workouts for beginner and intermediate runners who want real progress, not just more miles. This is more than a group run. It’s a structured, supportive training program designed to help you improve every week.

Do I need to be able to run a certain distance? – No. If you can jog or walk and want to get better, you’re ready for SES. We offer pacing options and adjustments for every fitness level.

Is this only for race training? – Not at all. SES will improve race performance, but it’s also perfect if you simply want to feel stronger and more consistent.
