Join us for our twice-weekly SLF (Stronger Leaner Fitter) outdoor fitness boot camp in West Kirby! Our sessions offer a one-hour total-body workout on the floodlit astroturf pitch at West Kirby School and College.
Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7 PM to 8 PM. We design these workouts to cater to the diverse range of health and fitness needs of individuals. We hope to see you there! These sessions are PAYG, with no long-term commitments or contracts. You can pay on the day or block-book a set number of sessions.
